Vegan Chocolate And Walnut Brownies

We’re not vegans, but this vegan chocolate and walnut brownie recipe from ‘The Bottled Baking Co.’ was just too good to resist! The lovely sticky brownie mix left in the bowl afterwards was a favourite for James too!

James mixed the dry ingredients together first, then added the ‘wet’ ingredients (vegetable oil, water), before mixing everything together. This was a bit messy, but lots of fun, and it became clear that there would be plenty left over on the wooden spoon and bowl to enjoy afterwards.

James carefully helped pour the sticky mixture out on a baking tray, ready to go in the oven, which was Dad’s job as the oven is ‘Hot! Hot! Hot!’

Making the vegan chocolate and walnut brownies was great fun, and we enjoyed them on their own and also broken up with vanilla ice cream, yummy! We’ll be making these again!
