Unicorns! Cake! What’s not to like about this Fabulous Unicorn Cake recipe from The Bottled Baking Co! We really enjoyed making it and eating it was even better!
We put all the ingredients in the mixing bowl, with James very carefully helping with the dry ingredients, butter, and eggs, and adding the milk and vegetable oil himself. James then gave everything a really good stir, creating a lovely sticky cake batter, before we worked together to gently pour it into the lined baking tray.
James came out to the kitchen to supervise the baking tray going into the oven, which was Dad’s job as the oven is ‘Hot! Hot! Hot!’ A final check that all was done before he left the kitchen. The hardest part was waiting the 27-30 minutes for the cake to bake!
