James carefully mixed and stirred all of the ingredients together, and put the dough in a separate bowl, but then had to wait for 20 minutes while the cookie dough chilled in the fridge. Just as well there was the mixing bowls and wooden mixing spoon to lick clean! (Click above to read more...)
